At Kaahu Stud we are committed to breeding productive, facial eczema tolerant, worm resistant and resilient, hardy, dag free sheep, suited to both hill and easy country.  This is done by combining Romney with Coopworth and stabilising the cross. By utilising the renowned attributes of the Romney, in combination with the milking ability and high early growth rates of the Coopworth, we have developed a lean meaty carcass. This is further enhanced by the MyoMAX® muscling gene.
